Laybuy

What is Laybuy and how does it work?

We have partnered with popular payment provider Laybuy so that customers can pay for their order with interest free weekly installments – Available to NZ, Australian and UK customers only

Q. How do I sign up?
A. Just continue to checkout and select Laybuy as your payment option or visit laybuy.com/consumer to create your account.

Q. Who can use Laybuy?
A. Any NZ, Australia or UK resident over 18 with a current debit or credit card.

Q. How is my limit approved?
A. Your limit is assigned through our instant credit check upon sign up. If you don’t have a credit score, Laybuy will assign you with $120. No extra information about you is required!

Q. How do I return my order?
A. Simply return your items to the Retailer as normal. The Retailer will process the refund through the Laybuy platform and we will credit the funds to your nominated debit or credit card and adjust or cancel your payment schedule as necessary.

Q. Is there anything else I should know?
A. A late fee of $10 will be applied to your account 24 hours after a missed payment. You can also spend more than your assigned limit, the excess will be added to your first payment.

Q. What if the item I want to purchase is more expensive than my Laybuy credit limit?
A. You can shop and spend more than your limit if you have a sufficient balance on your debit or credit card to complete the purchase.
However, if you exceed your limit this will change the way in which you will be required to make payments to us as the excess must be paid at the time of your first installment.
For example, if you have a limit of $120 and want to purchase an item for $200, your designated debit or credit card will be charged $80 on the date of purchase. That is, the $80 “limit excess” and your payments for the next 5 weeks will be $24 per week.

New Zealand

For orders under $100 delivery is charged at $7.95 tracked courier service.

Spend over $100 and we will ship for free using a tracked courier service.

Delivery 1 – 3 working days approx.

Australia

For orders under $150 delivery is charged at $12.95 tracked courier service.

Spend over $150 and we will ship for free using a tracked courier service.

Delivery 2 – 6 working days approx.

Worldwide (outside New Zealand and Australia)

For orders under $200 delivery is charged at $24.95 tracked courier service.

Spend over $200 and we will ship for free using a tracked courier service.

Delivery 5 – 15 working days approx.

Why haven't I received a shipping notification?

Our website will automatically send out an email confirmation to you when your order is placed and another once your order has been dispatched.

Occasionally these emails end up in junk folders, so if you haven’t received a confirmation please check there.

If you still cannot locate an email from us then please contact us by email or via facebook/instagram message.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please note all shipping time frames are provided by our courier and freight providers, sometimes they are quicker, sometimes (frustratingly) they are slower. The time frames are approximate and if your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, it does not mean it’s lost! We have sent 10,000+ orders and have had less than a dozen go (properly) missing.

We aim to dispatch your order (excluding pre-orders) within 1 – 2 business days of your order being placed, and if we’re really on our game we will pack your items and get them out the door within a few hours!

Damaged or Faulty Items

We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email hello@sobeaubaby.com. We will provide a full refund, store credit or an exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item. Please note products must be returned to us within 21 days of the purchase and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels etc. returned with the item.

Exchange Policy

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible and that includes sizing and colour guides for our clothing products. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at hello@sobeaubaby.com prior to making your purchase – we are happy to help.

If you change your mind or if you have ordered the wrong size we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for the original purchase price of the item  (not including shipping costs). Items must be returned to us within 21 days of the original purchase and must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc. returned with the item. The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to offer refunds on items that are not damaged or faulty.

How Do So Beau Baby Loyalty Points Work?

Purchases at www.sobeaubaby.com will earn you loyalty points which can be redeemed against future purchases.

To be eligible for So Beau Baby loyalty points you must already have or create an account through our site or by visiting here. You can also create an account when you checkout for the first time.

100 loyalty points = $1 off your next purchase

Generally for every $20 you spend (not including shipping costs) you will receive loyalty points equivalent to $1 discount on future purchases

How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

Points can be redeemed at checkout – you will be prompted to redeem them once there. You can choose to redeem part or all of your points when you checkout.

Payment Methods 

Credit Card – We accept debit and credit card payments from both VISA and Mastercard though our secure Payment Express gateway.

AMEX – you can pay by AMEX by using our Paypal payment option – you don’t need to have  Paypal account to pay with AMEX.

Paypal – We accept payments via Paypal

Laybuy – This is available for NZ, Australian and UK customers only – see FAQ’s for more information

Pricing

All prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). If you make a purchase using a credit card your account will be charged in NZD. If you are paying from overseas please check with your card issuer as additional charges may be applied. The name that will appear on your statement will be So Beau Baby
