It is useful for treating eczema and treating cuts and scrapes for its antimicrobial properties. Lavender essential oil and all time favourite for stress relief and relaxation.

Instructions: Use 2-3 tablespoons of salts in your bath, or add to a bowl of warm water as a foot soak (a very effective way to absorb magnesium). Try also as a post-birth soak to help heal and soothe.
